⏱️ Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 5–15 business days, depending on order volume and seasonal demand (including holidays).
Because each box is custom and made through our scoop experience, processing times may vary.
🚚 Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
🛡️ Package Protection
All orders are protected by Cabrella Insurance for added peace of mind.
If your package:
- Is marked as delivered but cannot be found after checking thoroughly
- Arrives damaged
- Is lost in transit
Please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
🌍 International Shipping & Duties
For international orders, shipping charges cover shipping costs only.
- We do not collect or include customs duties, taxes, or import fees at checkout
- All international shipments are sent DAP/DDU (Delivered At Place / Delivered Duty Unpaid)
- Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery
We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees prior to placing your order.
